Yey! The HR personnel called me this morning, "PN.**** , surat dah boleh collect. Boleh ambil dkt kaunter ok".

Wah.. berbunga-bunga terus mood hari nih.. heh heh. Next task : is to get and contact STL (the lawyer firm), YEY! I would recommend to all ** staff to appoint this firm. Proactively already drafting the loan document without waiting for ** letter a.k.a our approved letter CC to them (as always.. reason being, "orang yang nak sign tuh tade hari nih, memo letter tak boleh nak buat.. and blaa.. blaaa.. ). The lawyer asked me to fax to her 3 pages containing important details.. and she will proceed to contact the developer & the documents .. Impress betul dgn lawyer tadi.

TRANFER MODE

They have signed my application to transfer somewhere dated last year.. ughh..After reconfirming the date with HR personnel, they will only receive application dated at least 6 month back. Which leads me to not other than meets face to face again with the 'BOSS' and requested for transferred. Well, here the excuses he gave.. :

Can't you wait until restructuring
– (err.. it took maybe next year then to settle with the restructuringlah ,sir.. )
Why ? Not happy ke kejer kat sini ?
– (err.. don't you notice, sir ? but politely answered as "saje dah lama duk sini… nak gih tmpt lain la plak)

– (err.. I'm still at this office aren't it ? What's the purpose ? in polite answer – Hermp.. takpe.. I still wanted to transfer, sir )

LOAN MODE

Yey! We haven't yet receive the approval letter but at least HR personnel promise me (insha Allah) we can get it by this week. Date of submission 7 February, so including today..it has been around 20 days has past. We press on the HR personnel on a weekly basis to update us the status. Hence just today, the good news can be confirm. Last 2 week answered was "ada 3 orang perlu sign, satu je lagi nak sign".. after a few days… "satu lagi tak sign dik, dia tgh cuti".. hermp.. susah sangat ke la nak sign. GGrrrr…

Went to 'ORENBIJAK™'
course after CNY holiday. The course title : The Art & Science of Information Management for Peak Performance. I rated the course as 4 out 5. Why ?

+ they gave us free exclusive planner – I like note books, I like writing things down.. cover dia jek, nak beli sendiri dah dekat rm200.. heh heh..

+ it teaches practical ways to organize yourself.. and together with the tool (the planner), no dreamy, high level, philosophical terms.. you need to be like this and that.. bla blaa..

+ keep me on track of what I do, prioritization and organization of my information (before dtg course pun.. dah organize dah.. hah hah.. but more on personal; this time.. it teaches work organization – office mode..)

+ the food is good.. (free mesti ok) , the speaker is ok , well.. overall is ok…

* MIA sekejap-sekejap dari office (ke HR laa.. ke takaful kaunter laa.. ke tiaratot laa.. )
* Finally dah habis bace Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince (sebulan nak habiskan.. heheh); by the way Dumbledore dah mati dah.. huhu.. sian sian..

Previous entry telah mengundang banyak incoming desas desus nampaknya. Uikss.. kami bukanlah O.K.B, tapi kalau dizinkan di masa hadapan, AMIN ya Allah..insya Allah. Tapi buat masa ini, the drastic decision membeli rumah bertanah tu has to come with a very drastic measurement jugak. Korang pun tahu cost-cost yang bakal meningkat nanti.. so kitorang bizi me'strategikan kewangan' kami berdua. The Do's and Don't list dah makin panjang. MDH even came out with the idea of only having big breakfast, no lunch and makan roti for dinner ((heheh)). Maybe kena buat macam tuh kot pas nih.. ahahahhaha.. Takpelah… bersusah-susah dahulu, bersenang-senang kemudian erh..

Kalau ikutkan angan-angan.. macam-macam dihati nih nak buat di rumah baru.. nak kitchen cabinet laa..both dry & wet.. nak pasang grille macam kat rumah MIL kat ipoh laa.. (grille tak fancy mcm rode iron… ape tuh ntah namenya.. tapi kemas.. dan simple).. nak pasang kipas 4 blade remote laa.. nak pasang aircond laa.. nak ada build in wardrobe kat master bedroom laa.. nak sofa L shape plak laa.. and the list go on and onn.. (( err.. sampai mimpi pun asyik pasal home décor je, hehehehe )). Tapi buat masa ini.. prioritization kepada necessity item aje la dulu.. BUDGET gile-gile laaa.. hhahahahhaha

p/s: okla dude.. nak kena baca Audit Report (Ummi bagi ni haaa..) esok nak meeting.. yah yahhh..

Big Step..

We have again.. make another BIG step in our life.

Once, we have decided to get married a even though at that moment our net salary (after EPF deduction) was only RM980.00. We have just finished our study, only 22, barely know each other, but we took the risk. We draft our budget for the weeding, put aside half of the salary for weeding expenses and for buying essential item such as washing machine and refrigerator. Plan a head how our money will be distributed , the car loan, the house loan.. etc. After 6 month of engagement and at 23 yrs old , we were happily married. At the age of 24, we have already become a parent to healthy boy, we named Amirul Akmal. And to our surprise at the age of 25 , we were blessed again with another child but this time with an adorable little girl named Nurul Atiqah. Last year, might be the most luxurious year of our life.. we change from Wira to Matrix. We watch movies.. eating out a lot. Buy a new handphone to cope up with the technology and trends. (( hehehhehe)).

And this year..

Yaikss..suddenly we are in progress to buy a new house. So many things that need to be done.
1) Survey the location – done
2) Choose the most desirable house VS affordability – done
3) Eligibility letter for Loan – done
4) S&P signing - tomorrow
5) Loan approval – 21 working day
6) Get the key – Approximately in Feb/Mar07
7) Publish the apartment ‘FOR RENT!”
8) Move out & Move in

Ahahhaha, sounds crazy. But we have already half through it. So dude, our budget for the next 2 year will be very tight. Need expert help for item below :
1. Where can we find cheap but good item such as FANS, LIGHT and etc ?
2. Kitchen cabinet – good price, good finishing, fast..
3. Etc etc.. so many thing.. uhh uhh..

p/s: Pruzz, nampaknya kami terpaksa la reject offer utk beli rumah korang. hehehehhehe. * UHh.. big step, big money, big budget, big expenses, hopefully big in return. Insha Allah!*

refinance VS buy new ?

idea asalnya ialah refinance the loan. Currently kami membayar lebih kurang RM10k per year (monthly installment + maintenance + what ever cost ((sunk cost and bla..blaa…)). With company house loan scheme.. if berjaya refinance.. only RM7k per year. Save us RM3k. bayangkan.. x 30 tahun punya saving… RM90k.. huhu.. almost RM100k.. yaikss…
tapi.. bile di fikir2.. why not beli rumah baru aje ? Sekarang kami duduk di apartment.

Pro
+ terasa selamat, ramai orang, dekat-dekat aje rumah ((especially bile MDH kena kerja malam)).
+ Dekat – dekat dgn tmpt kerja, shopping, kemudahan awam, lrt, komuter, bus..
+ Kecik (pro)– senang kemas & manage, senang nak carik mana budak2 hilang atau barang hilang..

Con
+ Kecik (con) – bila sedara mara datang, tak cukup bilik diorang nak tido.. bersempitan aje..
+ Tinggi – incase anything happen (bad), susah nak menyelamatkan diri.. kena turun tangga .. dgn budak kecik lagi.. (nauzubillah)
+ Tiada ruang halaman – tade space bebudak tuh nak berlarian.. sedut udara segar kat luar rumah, takat boleh tgk dr. dlm grill pintu dpn je.. even bile MIL/FIL dtg.. kesian diorang duduk jek dalam rumah.. dari pagi ke petang ke malam.. ke esok plak.. aduhh..
+ Sesak – makin lah ramai manusia duduk situ.. waaaa.. waaaa.. pastu dengarnye bakal buka GIANT kat simpang empat tuh plak.. waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Bila kira pro & con.. mmg menang utk beli rumah.. tapi timbul persoalan lain plak

+ Kat mana ? korang ada dengar tempat yg ok ke ?? suggestion ??
+ Mampu ke ? loan boleh amik max pun rm200k (maybe boleh la wat combine loan – kalau nak amik lebih) tapi .. nanti rumah baru akan cost around 1k. per month
+ Apartment skrang kena let go ke ?
+ Rumah yang nak beli tuh, dah siap ke ? baru dlm plan ke ? akan hampir siap ke..
Aduii.. pening plak.. tapi kena decide. Kalau tak beli, kena cecepat refinance aje apartment skrang. Rugi kalau di lambat-lambatkan.. Apa kata korang ????

p/s: baru balik dari jenguk rumah baru zarid & yati . Wah.. hebat-hebat… dahsyat diorang wat renovation. Pruzz & yati dah almost 90% siap dah.. ((hehehe.. cun aaa cabinet.. leh aa tiru design.. ek ek..)). Fami & zarid.. in progress.. teruskan berusaha!..

ada orang company nih hantaq surat layang kat PM “our CE tak sepatutnya jd. CE”. Hehhee.. personally, komen sedara tuh, byk yang terlalu mengikut perasaan. Accusation banyak, tapi facts and figure kurang menyakinkan. More emotional la kot. But jefooi comes out with some idea of him own.

Menarik on ideas, but I think the company real problem is the manpower. It is not about less/more manpower needed, but the management of the manpower itself. The company has invested millions on awarding scholarship to many of Malaysian own geniuses. Sadly, HR campak saja budak-budak genius tuh kat mane-mana ntah. So under utilize. Ergh.. teringat satu kes : ada satu seminar , I’m not sure on ape ntah ((biasalaa.. project-project ‘bijak’ dari unit-unit ‘bijak’ )). Selepas satu seisi busan selama ½ jam, speaker majlis suddenly dengan bangganya introduce to us a young man, which he said just come back from abroad, and studying at either Cambridge or Harvard ntah. Hah hah.. such a waste tak ? Belajar hebat gila, balik jadi EMCEE majlis jek.. Kesian. (itu satu contoh jek.. banyak lagi wooo.. )

Itu baru how they manage fresh graduate. Belum lagi, internal promoting, grading, evaluation, all the KPIs.. argh.. sunnguhlah menyedihkan. Katalah daripada 100 GMs at the company, maybe 30% jek yang layak duduk kat post tuh. Yang lain, huhu.. the process akan push diorang ke leadership post… competencies to become a leader ?? Imagine aje what these leaders will decide .. So sad.

Semenjak aku bergelar warga kerja, kemudiannya bergelar isteri dan tak lama lepas tuh mendapat gelaran mama. Aku macam terputus dari dunia MEMBACA. Last week, aku jumpa balik buku yg. aku kidnap dr. anak sedara aku.. Harry Potter , Order of the Phoenix (a.k.a book5). Aku kidnap lama dah.. 4 tahun lepas agaknye.. sampai la 2Jan2007, baru aku dapat khatamkan buku tuh. Itupun aku jumpe dah almost berhabuk dah buku tuh.. isk isk..

So kembali ke topik asal.. Siapa ada buku Harry Potter yang latest weh ? Book 6 atau pun The Half-Blood Prince. Nak pinjam .. atau sesapa yang ada buku menarik(( tak Harry Potter pun takpe..)) .. boleh aku buat bahan bacaan.. nak pinjam..
