kehampaan melebihi azam nampaknya. baru masuk hari ke 4 (semalam) di bulan Januari. Kami (a.k.a siku|at & zarid) dah hanginnn satu badan sama bos. Argh.. mengapalah ?

+ Afternoon Entry
* I'm offering myself to any vacant post @ any other units! Please .. help.. I need to get out from here. ! I need a change. For the sake of my career path and my own thinking ability. Lebih lama, aku disini, lebih berkarat tahap pemikiran waras yg. ada. Nanti 'brain dead' la plak. Argh!

ada orang company nih hantaq surat layang kat PM “our CE tak sepatutnya jd. CE”. Hehhee.. personally, komen sedara tuh, byk yang terlalu mengikut perasaan. Accusation banyak, tapi facts and figure kurang menyakinkan. More emotional la kot. But jefooi comes out with some idea of him own.

Menarik on ideas, but I think the company real problem is the manpower. It is not about less/more manpower needed, but the management of the manpower itself. The company has invested millions on awarding scholarship to many of Malaysian own geniuses. Sadly, HR campak saja budak-budak genius tuh kat mane-mana ntah. So under utilize. Ergh.. teringat satu kes : ada satu seminar , I’m not sure on ape ntah ((biasalaa.. project-project ‘bijak’ dari unit-unit ‘bijak’ )). Selepas satu seisi busan selama ½ jam, speaker majlis suddenly dengan bangganya introduce to us a young man, which he said just come back from abroad, and studying at either Cambridge or Harvard ntah. Hah hah.. such a waste tak ? Belajar hebat gila, balik jadi EMCEE majlis jek.. Kesian. (itu satu contoh jek.. banyak lagi wooo.. )

Itu baru how they manage fresh graduate. Belum lagi, internal promoting, grading, evaluation, all the KPIs.. argh.. sunnguhlah menyedihkan. Katalah daripada 100 GMs at the company, maybe 30% jek yang layak duduk kat post tuh. Yang lain, huhu.. the process akan push diorang ke leadership post… competencies to become a leader ?? Imagine aje what these leaders will decide .. So sad.
