ada orang misinterpret me when i said 'tade keje'.
ada orang marah bila tgk saya takde keje,
sedangkan dia banyak keje gile
ada orang jeles.. kenapalah diorang pun takde keje
ada orang dengki.. dah aim dah saya utk dpt '2 or less' next maps
ada orang suke.. nanti saya boleh godek2 kan pc diorang
ada orang tak kesah pun sbb dia pun sama
ada orangtak kesah jugak.. sbb dia mmg tak kesah
lantakla orang nak rasa ape..{ aku } ??
ntahlaa.. bukannya aku malas,
cuma diorang tak utilise aku pun.. nak buat cemana ?
terpaksa sangap aje laaa.. uhuh

It's been a year since I came to this new workplace. It has been great so

org marah aka jeles tu normal la semah..in any work environment mesti ader :p
ape kata semah membzkan diri ngan keje2 quality (QIT, 5S, 6 sigma, etc)..some departments they give high attention to those things...
actually marah kat orang yg memberi kerja tak seadilnya, itula... kalau buat keje bagus, mesti selalu dpt tugas2 MISC ni sampai tugas hakiki dlm JTOR kita yg tak terbuat
betol tu yati, jadi ketua kristal lg tinggi creditnya kat department aku ni
that's no surprise. dah mmg adat org suka mengata no matter what we do.
as for myself, i am confused with my own portfolio, yang bab MISC tu banyak sangat. pening makcik. and it seems like I am reporting to other boss other than my designated one.
buat pekak tinge je semah..biasala tu...kite pun malas nak layan gak kekadang mulut yg tada insuran tu...yg penting keje kite siap!! :)
