Extended Warranty Best Denki (update)

After all the &**#$$#!$#! about our claimed on the extended warranty from Best Denki.. here's the update and the overall chronology of what happened ;

December 2007 -- beli 42A3000E (brand toshiba) + 1 year manufacturer warranty + 5 yrs extended warranty

June 2008 -- faulty detected, call toshiba service center, tv dibawa pergi

12 Jun 2008 -- Toshiba technician call - beyond repair & will give new set

16 Jun 2008 -- Call toshiba due to no one deliver any set yet

17 Jun 2008 -- delivered while we at work , receive by MIL/FIL

17 Jun 2008 (nite) -- not satisfied with the replacement model, not the same model, 42AV500E, call toshiba & call best denki. See details for comparison ((technology gambar mmg better but the sound /audio quality is very poor))

18 Jun 2008 -- Filled official claimed (full refund) from Best Denki, when ask about the replacement model, the reps said he will arrange it with Toshiba. When ask about how long before we can get the refund , "normally within a month, around 3 week should settle"

9 July 2008 -- call best denki for update .. & blaa blaaa blaa.. ((mcm entry sebelum ni cerita panjangnye))

9 July 2008 (nite) -- serang Best Denki.. @$%#%^^#&#$% & dapatkan nombor Boss (higher level)

10 July 2008 -- call the Boss (sikulat). They ask another 1 week to settle this (since the are miscommunication between the store & department of Extended Warranty. Now need to find mana perginya set yang rosak tuh.. bla blabla bla.. & No need to go to tribunal laa.. bla blaa blaa..)

10 July 2008(tghari) -- MDH tak puas hati. Called agained & threaten to write official letter on the mishandling by the store manager & the department to Best Denki management.

10 July 2008 (mlm) -- Best Denki warrant us the full refund later that evening (in terms of voucher) So still kena beli di Best Denki. With the voucher amount we manage to get :

1) Panasonic Plasma TV + free gift Lumix 8.0 mega pxl camera + tshirt Nike (mmg tgh promotion) + 5 year warranty daripada Panasonic (not Best Denki)
2) still ada balance RM700 + top up sket utk dptkan Microwave Oven Panasonic

After all the marah2 & fight over the phone & over the counter.. at last berjaya juga. So my dear friend & who ever yang terbaca entry ini.. pengajarannya !
