How to Extract files or objects from a PowerPoint (Tutorial)

Bos tadi tak puas hati dengan ending satu video nih (.MP4) yang telah di 'embed' dalam powerpoint slide . Dipendekkan cerita makanya ditanya kalau aku boleh tolong 'trim' or 'edit' certain part of the video. uih.. lama dah den tak mengedit-edit video nih..

Langkah pertama (untuk orang yang dah tak ingat pape dah pasal editing video nih) adalah menggoogle cara nak edit video.

Ohh rupanya senang aje... Guna 'Quicktime player' (( kena install kalau pakai Windows ; pre-install dalam Mac OSX). Mmg ada function 'TRIM'

So aku pun bukak le powerpoint file tuh.. jeng jeng jeng.. Movie die embed la plak.. Ku godek-godek sana sini.. ingatkan boleh suka-suka je Save file tuh.. sekali tak boleh da.. Lalalala.

So kena ada pre-step plak sebelum boleh trim video... Macammana nak nak extract object (movie) yang embed dlm powerpoint tu. So here how to do it :

** Gambar di gunakan adalah utk Windows Environment**


1) Change the file extension (.pptx) to .zip Or (Rename the file extension ).

Right-click the file and click Rename.

Change the file extension to .zip.

Press ENTER. The file type icon changes to a zipped folder. 

2) Double-click the zipped file to open an Explorer window for the content files. or (You can also Extract the zip file)

The zipped file contains several folders , many of which contain information such as XML code or properties . Objects such as videos, sound files or documents are found in the ppt folder.

To restore the original presentation    Repeat this procedure, changing the file extension from .zip to .pptx.

Video yang di embed tu telah berjaya di temui dalam folder 'ppt' seperti gamba rajah di atas. 

Dapat video .. dapatlah trim video..  hiyah.. Citer camne nak trim gamba next entry la.. :P

Nutri-Rich Oil

Item ini sudah menjadi seperti benda yang mesti sentiasa ada di rumah. Kalau orang selalu kata.. kat rumah kena ada minyak gamat.. senang kalau luka luka..  For me.. rumah saya mesti kena ada Nutri-Rich Oil by nutrimetics nih..

It goes way back in Uni years , when Win (a.k.a rumet) memperkenalkan minyak apricot nih.. Mak Win dealer nutrimetics of course la Win promote.. hehehhe.. Tapi series tak tipu.. ini mmg mujarab.  Masa rumet introduce dulu; masa tu (tak ingat siapa ntah) terkena minyak panas (ala-ala rajin masak la konon kat rumah putrajaya nun..) Sorang kata sapu colgate.. sorang kata sapu kicap laa.. Win soh tonyoh nutri oil nih.. Fuhh.. kulit yg kena minyak tuh.. langsung tak mengelembung.. langsung tak meletop.. baik gitu aje..  Masa tuh.. ongkos utk belanja makan pun ala kadar aje.. So tidak le membeli bende nih.. kalau ade luke luke type type lecur tuh, cuit la skit minyak Win nih.. hehehehe

A must have.. !

Memula beli dulu; beli jenis yang mcm spray spray tuh.. dalam RM60 inggit camtuh.. dari la luka minyak panas, luka kena iron, luka jatuh abess sume ku tenyehkan minyak nih. Pastu upgrade ke 60ml kotak nih.. setahun sekali abess la sekotak.. Satu lagi..minyak nih adalah apricot oil dengan kata lain.. ala ala buah gitu.. so it's edible.. mulut kene ulser pun aku tenyeh gak menatang nih.. hahahahhaa

baby.. muke jerawat kena susu di tenyeh, gigit nyamuk, ruam ruam.. 

budak budak .. kena minyak, jatuh luka kat lutut .. calar balar luka sume kena balun gak ngan minyak nih

pernah harituh.. pegi Bukit Merah.. bagi bebudak mandi manda kat kolam without baju..  masa mandi mmg la syok.. esok tuh.. haaa abess merah menyala belakang diorang.. Macam kena bakar.. Kesian budak budak sbb perit kan kulit kalau ala ala sun burn teruk tuh.. So abess lumur dengan minyak nih.. (mmg generous sungguh masa tuh).. alhamdulillah 2-3 jam pastu dah tak menangis sbb perit dah.. Dan esok tuh.. merah merah pun baik.. Sun burn itam tuh lambat la skit tukar kulitnye.. tapi yang part menyakitkan mmg ghaib.. Majik sungguh. 

So for me.. ini mmg a must have dan kena ada stok kat rumah.. Tadi pi jalan kat tempat kakak jual tupperware kat bawah tuh.."ehh nampak ada plak seketul kat atas tupperware dia yang banyak banyak tu.. " Mmg kat rumah pun.. dah tinggal bekas dan kena berkeruk keruk dah minyak dah abess .. So mmg di tunggu tunggu mana orang jual nutrimetics lama tak datang menara.. ehehhhe.. 

So beli dah.. sambil promote kat Farrah.. :) .. Farrah kata.. letak la kat blog.. So here it is..  Beli beli mmg tak rugi..  hehehhee

Senang saja nak check size PST kamu

CARA (A)

1) Cari file pst dalam komputer kamu. Paling mudah adalah.. gunakan function 'Search' & taip '*.pst'. Gunakan wildcard atau pun tanda ini * supaya fungsi carian akan cari semua file personal folder yg ada dlm pc.
2) Carian komputer akan memaparkan nama file , size & di mana file pst.

CARA (B)

1) Boleh juga check dari OUTLOOK view sendiri. See image for details

Click (kanan) mouse dan view Data File Properties pada Personal Folder (di tepi kiri outlook layout)
Macam contoh ini telah dinamakan 'asmasalleh11'

Whether we’re talking about Outlook 2003, XP, Vista, or even the newest version, Outlook 2010, every version of this program from the very beginning stores all of its information in a single file, commonly called a Personal Folders File. This file resides on your local hard drive, is often named Outlook.pst, and is used to store every piece of email you receive, every calendar item you create, every task you schedule, note you take, etc. (Inbox, Calendar, and Contacts.) Dengan kata mudahnya.. File dimana tersimpannya email-email di OUTLOOK kamu2 ituh. For an everage user, kamu mungkin akan mencecah size 1gig - 2gig mungkin setelah 2-3 tahun penyimpanan email2an. Let's define my boss as the 'super duper extreme user or usage?' hehehehhe.. PST file die mencecah 12 gig ((dan email2 ini hanya la email utk tahun 2010 sahaja))

Selepas beberapa symptom awal telah diberikan & dihiraukan.. Maka akhirnya musnah la jue simpanan yg sungguh bermakna itu. lalalalalalala.. the super '12gig' pst file tidak dpt dibukak & telah jugak dapat di repair wlpn menggunakan 'scanpst.exe'
So today... marikite mencuba lagi.. so far so good..

Pengajaran :
Sila jangan melebihi 2-3 gig ye setiap satu pst file mu.. lalallala.

Yey! gara gara nak kena pakai Jubah (warna putih) utk Hafazan waktu Ihtifal LC this coming Friday; Amirul got a custom made Jubah Jr.

Terbaek la pilihan & design by LizOthman. Punya la search sane sini sbb. nak cepat ((memula tuh kelam kabut gila sbb. ingatkan Friday (esok).. rupanya 5 Nov daa.. ((ahahha.. next Friday eventnya..)) So takpela.. negotiation & order confirmation semua beres & sangat senang la berurusan ngan LizOthman nih.. hehehhe.

Seperti dijanjikan.. Jubah Jr. utk amirul sampai tadi kat office.. ((Jangan memain, Amirul siap dok ingat lagi tarikh .."28hb kan mama, abang punya Jubah tuh siapkan.." hihihi)).

Balik keje tadi.. bila tanya "Abang ingat tak ada apa ngan 28hb ...?"
Adale dekat seminit blank sekejap muka dia.. pastu tertonggeng, tergolek golek excited bukan main lagi. Di capainya beg parcel tuh.. bukak.. terus pakai.. dan terus (pada masa ketika ini.. dah bawak tido dah..)

So selamat dah.. kena rasmi Jubah Jr hari nih.. ((satu lagi penyebab Amirul tertunggu-tunggu Jubah Jr dia nih.. sbb nak challenge Ika yg dah seronok memakai kaftan ~penangan memesan dari Julie balik K'tan~).

Kainnya selesa, seperti yg dikehendaki.. White Color (senarnya grey or blue look nicer) tapi keperluan asalnya mmg kena gak White in color.. so.. white it is. Puas hatila.. :). Thanks Ija @ LizOthman.. Insya Allah boleh berurusan laie.. Promote nih!!!

Lost and Found

Ada 2 cerita lost & found hari nih..

Satu daripadanya adalah rentetan daripada entry bertajuk "berita buruk" dari blog fara. So alang2 mmg aku kat Annexe 2.. turun sat opis fara & pick up SD card .. dan pape menantang drive yg mungkin boleh recover file2 gamba itu..

Balik dari cerita lost & found no.2 (refer cerita 2 nnt ye).. ku balik ke opis.
selesaikan tugasan bersama si Freestyle & kembali ke meja.. baru la google carik2 program yg boleh nak recover files from drive (accidently delete, atau mmg delete.. tapi copy lain sume dah musnah kee. heheh).

Hasilnya application yg ke-5 di install.. baru la kejayaan dapat ditempa.. Yahoo!

So kengkawan jika ada kehilangan data daripada drive anda (ter'cut', terdelete, terpape laaa..) boleh la dicuba program ini.. senang & freeware plak tuh.

Pandora Recovery

cara nya senang aje (basicnya sila download & install program ini dulu ya)

1) Boleh guna wizard die.. which dalam kes Fara, tak berjaya jumpe pape.. (muahhaha). Wizard tuh.. click aje search , bila dah jumpe file daripada drive yg korang select.. Recover saja file itu

2) Setelah tak berjaya cara 1 .. kite pun proceed 'Surface (cluster) scan'. Click "Start Disk Surface Scan" Yang ini.. die carik lebih mendalam lagi.. haihh.. penerangan panjang lebar korang leh baca kat sini la ek ((pandorarecovery features)). Yang ini tadi.. menempa kejayaan.. yg akhirnya menemuikan 765 image file daripada SD card Fara. Dari sejak zaman bile ntah.. muehehhee.  Dah abess die scan.. select aje semua file yg die jumpe tuh..  dan click Recover icon kat atas toolbar tuh.. . The End... selamat sudah.. Alhamdulillah..

Cerita kedua adalah berkenaan ATM Maybank kad ku yg hilang sebelum raya hari tuh..Ntah macammana ntah.. MDH pun lupa kat mana ATM Maybank kad ku (saya kan dok rumah aje.. sume transaction pesan aje kat MDH) termasukla.. tukarkan duit raya, depositkan duit.. & dalam kesibukan tukar duit, transfer sane sini.. balik rumah.. MDH tak ingat dah.. ape dah jadi ngan kad ATM ku.. muahahhaha.. So bila confirm tak jumpe.. teruslah kami buat laporan kehilangan kad & batalkan kad.. 

Dua cerita nih.. bersambung2 sbb.. lepas naik daripada office Fara, dpt la call daripada Maybank Bangsar.. kata mereka.. kad ATM aku rupe2 tersekat kat machine.. So orang cawangan dimana kad tu tersekat tuh.. dah courierkan kad kat Menara Maybank Bangsar.. dia kata leh aje pick up & reactivate balik...

So bepemergianle tadi ke Menara Maybank (fuhh sib baik tade ramai orang..pastu plak orang yang call tuh masih ada kat meja die.. So direct je & jumpe orang yg betul). Although.. ada salah cakap (bab boleh activatekan balik ATM kad tuh.. rupenya tak boleh daaaaa... kena buat replacement jugak). Tapi oklaa.. service tetap memuaskan hati. Apply kad baru yg terus je ku ambil option pakai Debit card instead of ATM biasa..  tapiii.. Maybank2U kena reset la plak.. huhuhuu.....  kena reapply balik kat ATM machine, kena jadi register as new user... (yaaaaiii..)

Alhamdulillah.. dua-dua kes Lost udah di Found semula.. horeeyyy!!

PRUlady Claim - Child birth

Alhamdulillah.. tadi the Agent PRU kami yg berdedikasi singgah sebentar ke rumah. Menguruskan Ariff PRU insurance sekaligus menghantarkan cek claim utk 'PRUlady Life Stage Benefit - Childbirth'.

Nilai tuntutan adalah 3% daripada plan yg di ambil. So macam diriku ini, aku amik 25k plan, so dapatlah RM750. Nnt tamat tempoh plan it will deductable daripada saving 25k tuh (insya Allah jika tiada apa berlaku pd diri pemegang polisi sebelum tempoh matang).

MYEG - Renew you maid permit via MYEG

Kami telah berjaya renew bibik permit utk setahun lagi melalui perkhidmatan MYEG 

Settle sudah renewal of permit for bibik. Although something when wrong di page MYEG, but overall the service is good and recommended. The how to (utk sesiapa yang berminat boleh di download dari sini ).  Kami ambil OPTION 1 - Permit Renewal with FOMEMA Application . With service chargers of RM58, the only thing that we need to do is to bring bibik to the selected clinic. Woo... jimat banyak tuh.. jimat tenaga, jimat duit minyak dan parking.. Kalau tak opt for this (atau dengan kata lain .. buat sendiri) kena pergi office Fomema, submit borang, pergi klinik, tunggu result, pastu kena pegi Imigresen plak utk dptkan permit).

Step yang kami telah lalui..

Step 1 - Isi online form di MYEG website & make payment (levi + fomema + service charge). Semua nye berjalan lancar... except selepas payment settle (sib baik daku mmg spesis simpan rekod semua transaction) tetibe status die jadi 'Pending'. Sepatutnya diorang akan kuarkan e-receipt, tapi tak kuar plak (as if lom buat payment). So aku pun hantar le complaint kat help@myeg -- adusss sampai la nih takde balasan. Sib baik aku call ke Call Center (yelah bank dah deduct 600++, kotnye die tak ngaku terima ke..).. Sib baik immediately die terus direct ke orang yg boleh tolong, die tanya ada tak transaction record.. ku bagikan.. die confirmkan ok.. pastu terus minta email utk dia hantar kan form fomema.

tgk masih lagi status pending wlpn dah settle dah pun urusan renew permitnye..

Step 2 - Thru email with Hedriana (nih name officer ke ape ke kat MYEG tu ntah -- tapi sgt helpful staff die nih). Di emailkan pada kami Fomema form. Kami print dan isi mana patut pastu scan dan resubmit pada Hedriana with the scanned supporting document.

Step 3 - Tunggu orang MYEG datang rumah dan bagi hardcopy of FOMEMA document. Macam dalam iklan tuh.. (cumenye bukanlah Maya Karin atau Scha yg datang).

Step 4 - Bawa document Fomema  & Bibik ke Klinik (medical check up). Wait the result to be publish kat website Fomema.. which for our case.. check ari Khamis.. result kuar dlm hari Rabu. (4 working days). Ok la tuh since die nye commitment is 10 working days)

Step 5 - Since kami dah ada email Hedriana.. makanya ku emailkan kat dia pasal result dah kuar.. Dan dia terus reply kata.. ok.. Permit bibik sedang que for printing.

Step 6 - Wait for the MYEG guy sekali lagi dtg rumah.. dia tampalkan terus dlm Passport permit tuh.. bagus baguss..

Overall ku pueh hati dgn bayaran RM58 itu.. dan service orang2 MYEG pada kami (tatau la kalau orang lain; lain experiencenye)

dari mailbox office today.. & rasanye perlu dishare pada semua utk sama-sama kite dijauhi daripada musibah kesihatan akibat H1N1 yg semakin menular sejak 2-3 hari nih.. Insya Allah

Beginner stage
Batuk, selsema, demam, sakit tekak, bila terbesin
bunyi tak kuat...

Second Stage
Susah bernafas, simtom macam asthma
but not asthma, at this stage if you touch the person, or breath in the same
room 80% boleh kena...masa ni kena kuarantin...at hospital. Masalahnya sekarang
dah ramai yg kena. hospital tak cukup katil & bilik kuarantin...Bila u
pengsan macam nak mati baru dia org admitted.macam kes adik I.

Critical
Lung infection. Bila X ray we can see the virus covered the lung. Like my
brother case. Very scary bila tengok x ray tu. At this stage u need oksigen with
highest level, Strongest antivral..very high drug. At least 7 days oksigen kena
bagi. % to recover depend to age, imune badan u. That's why kalau baby atau
budak2 susah nak kata...normally die. My brother hari ni genap 8 hari..still
need oksigen. Kesian dia. Masa tahap critical tu tercungap2 dia bernafas, sampai
menangis..Sampai satu tahap dia berguling atas simen sbb dah tak tahan...sampai
dia give up ..sampai dia blh cakap lebih baik Allah ambik nyawa dia...Itu lelaki
tu..imagine kalau pompuan atau budak2. We all cuma blh tengok dia dari
cermin...tak blh masuk dlm bilik kuarantin...Dr & nurse aje boleh
masuh...siap pakai baju plastik. To support him, what we did bagi sms, bagi dia
alquran biar dia baca so that dia tenang, bagi tasbih biar dia zikir ingat Allah
& bagi Air yasin...Alhamdulillah pastu dia ok sikit.Ada hikmahnya...All the
family member unite to support my brother fighting the virus.

Masalahnya hospital swasta tak terima H1N1 case, sekarang ni semua depend hospital kerajaan yg most of the doctors still young . The oldest dr in my brother ward was 28 years. All the Otai dah pergi private. Lepas tu plak this is the first time to treat H1N1 patient. At the same time dr bz with other case as well...1 doktor 5
patient...kat gov hospital...kesian dr2 tu...berhempas pulas nak selamatkan
patient. I appreciate them, mmg very appreciate dia org jaga adik i dgn baik
sekali..So far hospital Ampang is the best goverment hospital yg i jumpa..very
efficient.Very quick action ..Even senior dia org dah pergi private & they
don't have much experience , dia org tetap work hard give the best treatment to
the patients..sampai tak balik rumah...tidor kat hospital.

Rasa nak peluk & cium dia org sebab selamatkan adik I...Thanks to Allah

& our mental warrior to fight them. Very genius virus..Can hide in our
body...difficult to detect. Only can detect thru swap which the cost is 1K
above. Unable detected in blood as well. When they start action...Can kill the
person if the body imune does not strong. For those have baby atau anak2, U
& ur family do not go to crowded place, better wear mask when u outside from
home. The vaksin will come to Msia in Nov-Dec. So far yg I nampak..hanya lelaki
dewasa can fight the virus...woman might be 70% , children most probably will
die.

So awarekah korang MySite yg ada kat dlm tuh korang boleh gune.. ?? It's almost the same mcm korang ada 'facebook' but versi intranet. Sudah ku browse browse.. menarik.. seriesly.. korang boleh buat macam macam ngan MySite tuh.. best best!

So ape lagi.. mulakan lah.. kalau tak korang, sape lagi yang nak gunekan kecanggihan Sharepoint yang sudah di bayar oleh Co tuh..

punye la tade keje..
hasilnye favicon utk sikulatLife telah terhasil..
kecik gile sampai blank nak letak ape jadik favicon..
udahnye settle dengan huruf SL = 'S'ikulat'L'ife






cara nak buat (credit to findhow) :

1. Design the icon and save it as png (ico is preferred, but it's harder to upload). The preferred resolution is 16x16, but i saved mine at 22x22 for greater quality, and it seems it works :) (i think 36x36 is the limit)
2. Upload the icon somewhere (photobucket, pages.google.com), and copy the link
3. Go to Edit HTML under the Template tab in your blog's dashboard
4. Find the follwowing line (Ctrl+f) :
5. Insert this code below it: (replace "URL of your icon file" with the link you've copied at step 2)
6. Save the template
In order to see the change, close your page, delete the temporary internet files from your browser and reopen your page

DrPic.com menarik gak for those yang maleh nak install pape program kat pc for image editing (simple & banyak wizard). Nak crop boleh, nak wat collage simple boleh.. nak edit text bleh..
